The record a delivered compute hour settles on. One record covers one delivery claim over one window.
This Agreement incorporates SQCD-1, Version 1.0, identified by the digest published with it, as issued by PSYCHE, and no later version.
Conformance is to a named version, permanently
Section I governs. A Profile may state further recomputation passes under I.1.4, each with its own date.
The clause the record answers to; the metric and the named function that turns samples into a period figure; the window; the exclusions; the thresholds; the Grade Class over nine dimensions; the verifiability tier of every field; and one digest over all of it, filed before the window opens.
Channel, samples, measured subject, instrument, clock source, aggregation, and the layer the series observes at. An interval counts as delivered on every covered layer at once.
Every interval nobody observed: declared, attributed, valued. The Unresolved Fraction and the Unilateral Fraction stand on the face of the record.
Filing party and key, source class, the independence of trust roots, and a signature over the filed set.
Signing time as claimed, and an inclusion proof against a published log head.
The delivery claim; the counterparty’s decision; the authority it was signed under. The decision alone produces acceptance.
Give the record to someone who was absent and holds no account on either side. If the Period Figure, the shortfall and the amount owed all come out, and each traces to a named field, the record is complete.
