PSYCHE Net · How one delivery settles
One Case, every party.
Contracted compute is GPU capacity rented under a contract that runs for years and pays by the month. Each month the money turns on three facts: what was delivered, whether it met the terms, and whether the buyer accepted it. Today those facts sit in two companies' emails, PDFs and dashboards, and the lender, the insurer and the auditor take them on the parties' word. PSYCHE keeps them as one record per delivery window, called a Case, which both parties sign into and anyone holding it can recompute.
In the middle
One Case per delivery window. It holds the terms both parties signed; the Proof of Reality Capsule (PoR Capsule), the sealed evidence the claim is judged on; the result of Sigma, PSYCHE's verification engine; the buyer's decision; and the dates after which nothing changes.
The two parties
The provider delivers and claims. The buyer decides. Each signs its own filings; neither can edit the other's.
Everyone else
Reads the Case by a grant one of the parties issued, or feeds it signed data. No reader needs to trust PSYCHE: the Case recomputes from its own contents.
Pick the party you work for. Each panel lists the job as it runs today, the one or two steps that stay with you, and what the Case takes over.
Sigma's result settles nothing. Only the buyer's signed decision, or its delegate's under a grant, produces accepted.
Silence produces expired, under a form both parties chose before the window opened. No amount of silence produces acceptance.
PSYCHE holds no one's money. A payment instruction exists only on accepted, or on an expiry form that states what is owed.
The Case holds delivery measurements and signatures. It holds no model, no code and no business data of either party.
SQCD-1 is the open standard for the record a Case holds: the fields, the clock and the completeness test. Signed in Advance is the paper that proves the rules above hold against a host nobody trusts.
